RMOWP Annual Conference
Our major annual event is the RMOWP Conference, usually held in late spring or early summer at various locations throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. It's an opportunity to make new contacts, share experiences, enjoy local events and activities, learn from a variety of seminars and experts, participate in photographic and other communications-oriented opportunities, and get new ideas and inspiration.

RMOWP Photograpy Workshops
RMOWP also offers an excellent photography workshop at least once a year at Rocky Mountain National Park near Estes Park, Colorado. This unique workshop offers a beautiful setting, instructors that are experienced professionals in the industry, and many more benefits at a great value. The workshop is open to those with digital and/or film cameras with manual adjustment. |

RMOWP Student Scholarship
For promoting interest in the educational realm of outdoor communications, we award an annual scholarship of $500 to $1,000 to a college student majoring in outdoor writing or photography. This scholarship is also available to a high school senior planning to enter college and major in these fields. |
